Naturally, 10Bet have a disadvantage in the UK as they are competing against several trusted and well-established brands like Ladbrokes, bet365 and William Hill. With no retail outlets and a fledgling brand, it’s clear there will need to be some significant marketing if they are to thrive in a competitive marketplace where the leading companies are getting themselves an increasingly big share of the pie.

10Bet run a tight ship where customer service is concerned, offering round-the-clock support to their customers (unsurprising when you have so many languages!). Live Chat is advertised on the homepage and, although there might be a short delay for someone to respond, we found them very helpful when asking about the bonus. There appears to be no phone support, although there are three email addresses which deal with general, technical and account-related queries. There is also a short list of FAQ’s which some but not all customers will find useful.

10Bet use proprietary software and their website is unique for a number of reasons. They eschew the traditional approach of listing the various sports in a left-hand menu and instead decide to pad out the homepage with all of the soccer leagues covered the world over, followed by the US-facing sports such as basketball and American football. It’s clear that soccer is the flag-bearer for 10Bet, although their range of pre-match markets is generally limited to the match odds, Asian Handicap and Over / Under 2.5 Goals.
